3 months agoCalled on 12/15/25 because downstairs unit was not working. Tech(Nick) came out on 12/16/25 letting me know that I would need a new unit. My unit is pretty old, so this did not surprise me. I requested estimates for a new downstairs unit and a new upstairs unit because they are the same age. I told him that I would more than likely replace the broken unit downstairs first and the upstairs a few months later. I left several messages and spoke to Tamara on 12/18/25 - asking about when I would receive the estimates. She told me they were working on my estimates. As of today, January 6, 2026 I have still not received an estimate!!!! Very disappointed that they totally forgot about me. I THANK GOD that winters in SC are mild compared to other states, but we have had some very cold days and nights and we have NO HEAT downstairs. -

6 months agoThey saved me over $1,000. One company said it was something that would cost over $1000 and I was like no Sir. Let me get my second opinion. So glad I did. Yes it can be hard to get a hold of them because they are busy. But my whole family (we all have our own homes) has used them. They never nickel and dimes us ever. They are worth trying to get a hold of in my opinion! -

7 months agoIt's been 3 weeks, Coleman received approval for repair on my AC since the 5th of September. I was told they were waiting to hear if the part was in stock, few days went by and nothing. I've had several days during those 3 weeks where the temp in my house was 85-95 degrees. I will never use them again for HVAC services -

7 months agoTHE MOST FRUSTRATING THIS IS GETTING THE RUN AROUND FROM A BUSINESS THAT YOU ARE WILLING TO SPEND YOUR MONEY WITH. Next to impossible to get someone to answer the phone or return your call. If you are assigned this company through your home warranty just go ahead and request a different company.
