17 years agoThe exterior stairs were completed on time but did not pass the final inspection. The wanted to charge extra to come back and fix what they had not done correctly the first time. We hired another contractor to complete the work up to code. The siding was sub-contracted out. Although the job was completed on time, it was significantly over budget. No nail holes were filled and no caulk was applied the windows and doors. We had to complete that work ourselves. The interior stairs took a month longer than planned to complete. They we not able to install the handrails or posts. We had to contract with another contractor to complete these items as well.
