    Glad so many people had good experiences. I did not. So much so that I waited 2 months for my usual hvac guy when my unit stopped functioning properly after Wicked Cool came out twice. I was not going to give anymore of my money to this business. When my unit went out during the summer and my usual guy was too busy, I called this company because of the recommendation of someone that does work at my house. Should have known not to go with a company with "Wicked" in the name. When my compressor stopped turning on, Mike got it back up. He replaced a part but he also replaced the motor (or some other part) in the air handler system. Well when it came time to pay, I said my unit is under warranty. This is a Trane I installed 3 years prior. When I mentioned that I was charged for the part for the compressor, John said that part was not under warranty. That is absolutely not true. Mike came back out about 2 weeks later because there was no airflow upstairs. He said it was the damper motor. This was a damper I replaced 3 years prior as well. I had no options as my usual guy was so busy he wasn't responding to calls or texts. Mike told me he taped some of the duct work cause it was torn. A couple months later I wasn't getting airflow upstairs again. Like I said, I wasn't going to call them again because I had already paid $1,000 and did not want to pay for something that was not getting fixed properly. Also, I'd asked for an invoice verbally and in a text message and never got one. My usual guy came and said he has no clue what they did. I had no invoice so I couldn't tell him what was replaced. He told me all the parts are definitely under a 10 year Trane warranty and I shouldn't have been charged. He was so hurt that I paid what I did and it seems they made the unit worse. He replaced a slew of parts in the compressor that I did not have to pay for (cause it's under warranty after all). Then he did some stuff with the board in the attic and figured enough out to get me running. He mentioned the duct work looked like someone took it off. He said there is no way for it have been the way it was without someone actually doing it. This is before I even mentioned the whole taping it thing. He also said the damper motor is probably not bad and the motor that was replaced probably didn't need replacing, but some programming would have most likely fixed it. I usually don't write reviews. I do them for quality and really bad service. I felt the need to write this one. To lie about a part not being under warranty and charging just because you had it on the truck and already installed it before you realized there was a warranty is so disingenuous. Especially in this economy where prices are sky high, I could have used that money on many other needful things. I'm not going to say all this other stuff was done on purpose, maybe he just didn't quite know the actual issues and tried whatever made things work. I waited this long to post because I wasn't sure what the issues were. Proceed with caution. The guys were nice, but this shouldn't have been this way.
