2 months agoM&B is wonderful. They had previously worked on the HVAC for my business, so when I needed a replacement HVAC for a rental property, they were the first ones I thought about. We scheduled the install for a Thursday, knowing I had renters coming in the following day. The first unit they installed had a leak- they were able to get a new unit and reinstall ALL before 930am the following day so that the guests could check in on time! I highly reccomend! -

3 months agoNo Heat on Super Bowl Sunday...Quick response. Diagnosed faulty defrost board on HVAC unit. Replaced board. Special thanks to Robert, Michael, Andrew and Heather for their professional expertise. All done in a timely manner at a reasonable price. -

3 months agoIt was easy to schedule to appt and technician was prompt and professional upon arrival. I noticed one room was not getting the same heat output as others, so we asked for them to check it out. After under 10 minutes of looking at our system, we were told the manual dampers had to move moved and it was working. They charged over $300 for something that took minutes! They didn't even provide a quote to approve or reject the cost. And then when I called to discuss my disappointment, they never responded. Also the room is still cold! Won't be calling them again.
