2 months agoI called Cleveland to see if someone can come out to fix my AC unit since I was not getting any cold air. I let him know that I was having a baby this week and needed to have my system diagnosed/fixed as soon as possible since the weather is getting hot. My system is at least 15 years old, and I know a new system is in my near future, but I asked if he can do something about it for now. His exact response was, "Old, doesn't mean bad, we'll take a look and get it fixed up for you". Any other company I had out in the past has told me I need a new system, and this is a common issue I've heard from other homeowners. The customer service, quick reply, and next day service checked off all my boxes for the right fit with an HVAC Company. There was not a single sales pitch to try to sell me on a new system which when you are in these situations is always a relief. That being said, when it is time for a new unit I will be contacting Ashley Services for all my HVAC needs because they are honest and reliable. -

He got our A/C working while at the same time was friendly, careful of our walls with his ladder, helped explain what was going on, didn't pressure or be salesy, and just a good human overall. I highly recommend Ashley Services and definitely will use them again. -
