10 years agoI already booked their service for my move-out cleaning service. Before the move-out cleaning service, I had to urgently hire a team for my move-in service. They arrived 40 min after the appointment time but it was understandable considering my urgent request. Two members arrived earlier than the other two members. When they were told that we installed a new carpet that day, they immediately took off their shoes. They worked throughly and non-stop immediately after their arrival. The two members worked 3 hours and the other two members worked 1 hour and 45 min. I discussed with the team leader and paid the fee based on the hourly rate and the work time. I paid by check. I will definitely hire the team for similar works. My family is happy with the results of their thorough and hard work. -

11 years agoAfter a rocky start (cleaners at the first visit were not at all thorough) the owner made sure I had an excellent experience the second and third visits (all I have had so far). They use their own cleaning products, which seems to consist of the same spray used on all surfaces, so I asked that special products that I supplied be used on my counter tops, wood furniture, and flooring. They readily complied. The cleaners have gotten caught in traffic all three visits and arrived 20 minutes past the designated start time. Unfortunately, when I asked that that the start time be changed to when they had actually been arriving, I was told this was not possible. So- thorough cleaning by a 3-person team, not too keen on the one-size-fits-all cleaning product, fairly expensive, but responsive owner.
