3 years agoI contracted with licensed roofer who never came to my property to supervise 2 sub contractor's asking me for bonus and food every day,. My water heater flu was broken by pulling on it as well as my A/C/ The tear down was no t correct and done halfway before a storm ruining 2 rooms and extensive drywall. The owner came over and took no responsibility in writing and threatened to pull the contract during a 100 year storm leaving me desperate to use substandard workers. Ian Finsch, CEO cornered me in my home and asked for money not owed 2x. He and his brother tried to change the contract for more money and I refused. After 3.10.23 all worked incomplete stopped for no reason. The back bathroom still leakig and contractor was aware as well as 4 pieces of drywall and a cabinet and the floor are ruined. He takes 0 responsibility and has left the tarp on this room for a month. On 4.5.23 a variety of rocks from a bag on the roof fell down and gashed my head lengthwise, much blood poured after my hair was matted. David Collins, Jr. # 1071 was called to the scene to take 2 reports and pictures of all blood spatter. No response from Build Brother's. Om 4.8.23 Ian Finsch showed up at my house and woke me up an went on roof, no phone call ever during entire contract. I want to schedule my project not the contractor at this time. Too many errors and broken things not reimbursed and invasive and asking me medical questions and denying fireplace destruction. I do not wan a return on 4.17.23 . I want it on 4.18.23 until the roof is formally inspected no further payment will be issued. -
