11 months agoDid my fence a year and a half ago. Nothing but problems. Been calling and texting him since February but our gates pulling out from posts and the ground. Has said to me several times he would be out but never shows (as recently as yesterday he said he would be out today, no show again). Will not come back to fix. Would not recommended. Shoddy work. Make sure you get everything in writing. Mr changes what he says constantly, from the price and the promises made if we had a problem with the work or the fence. -

1 year agoMy mother hired this company to replace and augment an existing fence. While the company came and installed the fence just fine, there are some latent structural issues that persisted post-installation. Numerous attempts to reach out to have these issues addressed have all gone unanswered. So, I needed to consult a separate third party to address these issues, which should have been handled by Ocean State Fence and Garden...leading to this two star review. -

1 year agoI would not recommend this company. My experience left much to be desired. Final product turned out fine but I had a few problems post installation and despite numerous voicemails and texts the company was unresponsive and required me to call a handyman to correct the problems. Totally unprofessional in my opinion. -

3 years agoWe needed a fence in the backyard but didn't know what kind. I shopped by the shop and the person there was kind and polite. I scheduled a consultation. Greg came to the house and showed us catalogs and pictures. With his recommendations we choose a style. Once we picked, he sent us a quote that night! Within a week we had the fence installed! Greg and crew were excellent. Great work, great service. We are very pleased with the way our backyard looks. Thanks. -
