1 year agoInappropriate and unprofessional. I called this company's number listed on Google to inquire about their services. It sent me to voicemail for a person named Ron, and I didn't leave a voicemail. I quickly forgot about this call, and went back to work. Fast forward that same night, I get a random and inappropriate text from a person name Ron, asking me to come visit him. I told him he's got the wrong person and he proceeded to ask me if I am hot and left me a voicemail saying, "hi just seeing what you're up to". I responded with a mean joke (thinking this is all just a prank from a random jerk), which made him stop texting me. I DID NOT REALIZE UNTIL TODAY (two days later) when I continued my search for wood flooring services and called this company again, that the Ron behind this company is also the same Ron who was texting me inappropriately. I debated about adding this review because I'm sure Ron is not a creep at heart... but just proceed with caution when working with this company! His work looks great, but this encounter made me very uncomfortable. -

4 years agoFuture Floor Surfacing did an amazing job bringing our dry, walked to death, bleached out, pet stained white oak floors back to life. It was more than worth the 6 days it took it Ron to rehab our floors. If you need your hardwood worked on or want new hardwoods installed we can't recommend Ron the owner of Future Floor Surfacing enough -

5 years ago100% would recommend Future floor surfacing. Ron did our floors and returned them back to their natural color. They came out absolutely amazing. He was very responsive and was able to start the next day. We couldn't have asked for a better job to be done and for a very reasonable price. Thank you again ROM we are so happy. -

5 years agoI just called to see if I could get a quote on a job. I don't know what is the problem but he hung up on me. I called back to try to understand what had happened but our communication was not great . Obviously he doesn't need more work. -
