4 years agoLegitimately the worst pool company in Rhode Island. They are beyond over priced. The owner Ed could not be more rude and disrespectful. Not only did they break out filter doing the winterization, they did not even close our pool correctly. When I called to explain the problem he said he would arrive at 10 am. We waited for him to come and he blew us off and was beyond rude. Then instead of trying to make it work he actually hung up the phone. Do your self a favor and use literally ANY other pool company! -

5 years agoAwful dealing with this company. Called multiple times, no response. Tried emailing and texts and practically begging for a response. It went from a few weeks to a month, to now pushing multiple months out for a job paid for. Horrible and unprofessional. Would not recommend to anyone
