1 month agoWe were looking for a RELIABLE and AFFORDABLE heating and plumbing company to install baseboard heating in our lower level since there was none. We called Evergreen who responded right away. We were able to get a next day appointment for an eval. The gentleman that came to do the evaluation was very pleasant, professional, and knowledgeable. I forgot his name (sorry). Johnny (on the spot) and Luis did the installation. They were great! Again, very pleasant, professional, and knowledgeable. They paid attention to the minor details as far aesthetics (you'll see in one of the pics I posted of how he cut around the internet thing in the wall). Looked really good in our entertainment room. The owner came to inspect and told us that if the board in my office didn't heat efficiently, they'd come back and install a higher efficiency one for NO additional cost, which they did. Just for context, my office made it possible to only put in 1 baseboard and the owner questioned if that would provide efficient heat. Also, the owner gave us a whole lesson on our whole heating system, including what each of the knobs were as well as how to maintain our boiler and water heater to get longer years of use. Much appreciated! Thank you! We got a 2nd zone installed since it was more sensible for us. Overall, very good experience from a very good company from beginning to end! Thanks again! -

1 month agoWe lost heat in our condo in the beginning of January and it was determined that we needed to replace our entire HVAC system. Not ideal in winter in NE! John was great to work with - we had reached out to a few places for estimates before calling Evergreen. Once he knew we had been without heat, John was able to come over that day to provide an estimate on the spot and was very friendly and reassuring that there wouldn't be any issues getting the new system installed. We had a couple questions once we received the estimate and he was very knowledgeable on the process, what we needed, and was quick to get back to us. We had a few hiccups with timing as we needed a crane to do part of the job and then the snowstorm on 1/24-1/25, but John was always in contact and available and we only needed to reschedule once from the storm, all things that were out of our control, but we felt like the Evergreen team really was working hard to make this happen ASAP for us. The replacement process took 2 full days, in which the crew worked diligently in a foot of snow on our roof and freezing temps to finish this job before the weekend. We did have one issue, where after the job was completed and we still couldn't get our home over 55 degrees, but we called John the next morning and he was able to get a tech over ASAP. Nelson was AMAZING and got it fixed in under an hour and stuck around a little extra to make sure everything was working as it was supposed to. -

2 months agoMy gas furnace was in need of an evaluation. Adam came and uncovered several items in serious need of repair. He was exceptionally polite, helpful and genuinely very considerate. He went above and beyond my expectations and made my furnace safe and operating perfectly. I highly recommend Evergreen and especially Adam. First Class treatment and professionalism with excellent pricing! This season I had Nelson clean out kitchen sink clog and replace a few minor pvc pieces. He did a great job! I was vet pleased. He was most kind and a gentleman! I highly recommend this company! This is my second recommendation for Evergreen, as Adam, checked on my furnace, and a year later it continues to function perfectly! This is truly a first class company, give them a call, you will be very impressed!
