I have had two cars worked on at D&H and had been in a situation where there was a unrelated problem with the car long after the car had been repaired and dave had always stepped up to help fix the problem without question. My car was damaged due to someone else, and they made what could have been an incredibly stressful process feel completely seamless and easy. A huge shout-out to the owner, David who was amazing to work with. He kept me updated throughout the entire process, let me know exactly where things stood, and gave clear timelines on when my car would be ready. His communication alone made a world of difference. The team handled everything with the insurance company so I didn't have to, and they explained the process far better than my insurance company did. They also provided a rental car that drove great, which was one less thing I had to worry about. When I picked my car up, it was spotless inside and out. You could tell they truly took care of it and put real attention and care into the work. The quality was excellent, and the experience from start to finish was smooth, professional, and reassuring.
