3 years agoSpotless overcharged us. They quoted $2.50 sq ft to install sheet vinyl on a 317 sq ft floor, then gave us a bill for labor & materials of over $1,200, which we paid. Then we realized they had charged based on the amount of flooring we bought, not for the amount they installed (we bought 150 sq ft extra to use elsewhere). We have called and emailed repeatedly about the overcharge but have gotten no reply. Also, one section was installed so badly we will have to hire someone else to fix it. -
