9 months agoI called this business on June 4 and June 5 and I spoke to two different people about my problem. I need my home central air conditioning system recharged because it is out of refrigerant. I was told by each individual that they would speak to their hvac techs and get back to me. So far I have heard nothing. The second person I spoke to even took my name, address, and phone number, and I still haven't heard back. -

FAQ
Does Rhode Island HVAC Services offer free estimates for central air conditioning recharges?
We provide detailed quotes based on the specific needs of your home or commercial space, such as the amount of refrigerant required and any repairs identified during inspection. Contact us to schedule a visit where we assess the system and explain the pricing factors upfront. This ensures you understand the full scope before committing to service.
Are you licensed and insured for HVAC work?
Rhode Island HVAC Services operates as a licensed HVAC contractor serving Providence, RI, with technicians equipped to handle refrigerant safely as required by regulations. We carry the necessary insurance to protect your property during central air conditioning recharges, repairs, and installations. Homeowners can request proof of our credentials when scheduling.
Does Rhode Island HVAC Services handle commercial AC installations and heating system setups?
We install central air conditioning and heating systems for both homes and commercial spaces, including large units and ductwork in new constructions. Our team uses manifold gauges for recharges and ensures outdoor condensers are positioned correctly for efficiency. Photos of our completed projects show precise work on furnaces, AC units, and office systems.
What should I expect for scheduling and arrival times with you, especially on weekends?
Rhode Island HVAC Services responds quickly to emergency calls, arriving within an hour even on weekends or holidays for central air conditioning recharges and repairs. We coordinate a clear arrival window that fits your schedule and communicate any updates promptly. This approach minimizes downtime for your home or office cooling needs.
How does Rhode Island HVAC Services handle cleanup after HVAC repairs or installations?
We leave your space clean and tidy after every job, removing old refrigerant tanks, debris from ductwork, or packaging from new units. Technicians use protective measures like drop cloths during indoor furnace servicing or outdoor AC repairs to prevent mess. This standard practice ensures your home or commercial area is ready for immediate use.
Why is it safer to hire you for AC recharges instead of trying a DIY fix?
Professional HVAC recharges require specialized manifold gauges and knowledge of refrigerant handling to avoid system damage or environmental hazards from leaks. Our technicians follow precise charging procedures based on manufacturer specs, ensuring efficient cooling without over- or under-charging that DIY attempts often cause. This method extends equipment life and maintains warranty coverage that improper handling voids.
