He was very thorough in updating the 15 or so bait boxes spread between the attic and basement. As this is a summer house that had not been serviced in a while he scheduled a return visit for a month out in order to determine whether there is any active infestation. Very pleased with his professionalism in carrying out his responsibilities. -
