8 months agoLOPCO was a great company to work with! They painted the exterior of our house and did an excellent job. The crew was friendly and very accommodating throughout the process. When we realized we weren't happy with the deck and door colors, LOPCO repainted both without charging us anything extra. Communication was easy once the project started, and the team was responsive to our questions and requests. The only feedback for improvement is that we would have appreciated knowing more about the work plan steps ahead of time, including how long each phase would take and what to expect next. Overall, we are very satisfied-the quality of their work is outstanding, and they are the only company in our area offering a 5-year warranty! We would definitely hire them again. -

10 months agoLOPCO just finished painting our Right to Life offices at 266 Smith Street in Providence. This is the third time in the past 20+ years we have painted our building and by far it is, hands-down, the VERY VERY BEST. The quality of their work and the friendliness of their staff are incomparable. They completed their work with no disruption to our operations and left no trace behind of this major project, other than a very beautiful building. -

11 months agoLOPCO contracting repaired a damaged bathroom ceeiling and installed 2 exhaust fans in bathrooms where others told me 'not possible'. They fixed some electric issues too. I live on Block Island. The work was at a rental home and they accommodated the rental availability. They communicated well, cleaned up after themselves and even helped with a small unplanned task. Grateful for Tom, Paul, Joey, Hector and the others. Excellent work. -

12 months agoLOPCO put a new front porch on at my Dad's place and from start to finish everyone was professional and went above and beyond. The quote and pricing was easy to understand and accurate. The communication was excellent every step of the way and the final product was fantastic. The guys doing the work were meticulous and cleaned up everything, they kept us informed about everything and made sure my Dad was pleased with everything from materials to workmanship. We couldn't be any happier with LOPCO and would absolutely recommend them and use them for future projects.
