1 month agoI used this company because they came highly recommended from a friend that had recently used them. I am so happy I did! On day one, 2 guys showed up, Antonio and Mike. I was somewhat anxious about the damage to my home, the price of repair, and not knowing what to expect, but these guys quickly put me at ease. They worked with me to make sure I was comfortable with the process, explained what to expect, and even worked with me to make sure I got the best price. Mike lead up the project. What an amazing guy! He was kind, showed me compassion, and explained things thoroughly, so I knew step by step what would happen. He kept constant contact with me, updating me as they went--when the materials would be ordered, when they would arrive, and when the job would begin. Mike is not only kind and caring, but also very knowledgeable of his trade. Both men were very professional at all times. They completed the job in one day and my new roof is beautiful! I would highly recommend this team!! You will not be disappointed because these guys won't let you. With me, they ensured that I was completely satisfied with everything they did. I started this process a bit anxious and overwhelmed, but after working with this team, all that went away and I was provided with such a pleasant experience. Thank you Antonio for helping me with the finances, and a GIANT THANK YOU to Mike for taking such good care of me and my home! A truly great company with awesome people. :) -

Great job Eagle Exteriors and I would encourage anyone who needs a job done to give them a call first as they not only do great work, they also have reasonable pricing!! Thanks again... I love it -

5 months agoI signed a work agreement and provided a down payment of more than half of the total bill on 5/26 to have a deck created around a pool. I was originally told I would be getting a CAD drawing of the project and a parts/supply list of what was going to be used for the project. I was also told that they would be coming back to show us samples of the deck railing options and this never happened. They came out to measure the area for the project on 6/5, but did not come prepared with any CAD, parts/supply list, or a copy of the already signed work agreement. They showed up with notes for the wrong decking color and the measurements of the deck in the wrong direction (LxW). Originally the salesman said they would be "pouring footings" but then told me later they were installing screw/anchor footings instead of pouring concrete and if I wanted concrete, it would be more money for labor. I had to contact them multiple times to see what the status of my project was. After nearly two weeks with radio silence from Eagle, I reached out again. Michael did call me back the on 6/19 and he was then able to provide a copy of the signed work agreement, an invoice, railing sample pictures/website link and did provide a link to the Timber Tech website as their CAD drawing. The Timber Tech website allows anyone to create a CAD drawing of a deck. This was a disappointment since it was also not drawn to scale. We had agreed to 6-foot-wide stairs and a gate at the top of the stairs per our town's building code but within the drawing the stairs were only 4 feet wide with no gate. On 6/19, Michael advised me they could start on the week of 7/4. At this time, I was going to be out of town and would like to be home when the job starts. He then said they could start the following week on 7/14. I reached out to Michael on 7/14 (because there was no communication) and he said they have good and bad news. He said the good news is they have all the materials in for the job, but the bad news is that their supplier sent the wrong decking color. On 07/17, they let us know the decking would not be coming in for another 3-4 weeks. We wanted to get the job started asap once they have the correct materials in and they said if they have a "sub-contractor" available they could start. In one of my original conversations with the salesman, they mentioned that they do not hire subcontractors, and all their contractors are employees of Eagle Exteriors. I called Eagle on 08/07/25 during the 3rd week since our last conversation and said they would have a date for the decking to come in and the start date by the end of the day on 08/07/25. On Wednesday 08/13/25, I then got a call from David the Owner of Eagle Exteriors. David said the supplier was having issues getting the product and they could not do the job anymore and would need to refund my deposit. He said that he did not have the money to cover the returned deposit and would need 60-90 days to get back my deposit. I told him that it was unacceptable. He said they usually do it within 30 days but since the amount was so much, he would need more time. I asked him, how is it that they cashed my deposit check on 5/29, three days after I signed the contract, but would now need 60 - 90 days to get back my deposit after they had already cashed my deposit more than already 77 days before. He said that the supplier was not giving them as much credit as before. He also said that he had used the money to pay for other operations in the company and that he didn't have the deposit I had given on 5/26. Reply to the response from the owner:The owner said their company policy is a refund within 30 days. It's been over 30 days and I still do not have my refund. I think I have been very patient when they said they could start 6/9 to then be told that they could not perform the work on 8/13, 9 weeks later. Also when my deposit was cashed over 15 weeks ago -

FAQ
Does Eagle Exteriors offer free estimates for handyman jobs like faucet fixes or gutter cleaning?
We provide free estimates after discussing your project details over the phone or during an on-site visit. This allows us to assess the scope, including factors like materials and labor time, for an accurate quote. Homeowners can expect a clear breakdown without any obligation to proceed.
Are you licensed and insured for roofing and siding work?
Eagle Exteriors carries full licensing and insurance coverage for all our handyman, roofing, and siding services. Our team follows local regulations to ensure safe and compliant work on every project. This protects both your property and our workers during tasks like roof replacements or exterior repairs.
Does Eagle Exteriors handle roof replacements, siding installation, and deck building?
We manage roof replacements, new siding installations, and deck construction around pools or patios, as shown in our completed projects on multi-story homes and historic properties. Our services also cover related handyman tasks such as skylight installations and storm window fittings. For larger jobs, we coordinate from start to finish, including any necessary drawings or insurance navigation.
What is your typical timeline and arrival window for scheduling a job?
We aim to schedule most handyman repairs and maintenance within a few days, with specific arrival windows communicated in advance to fit your availability. Larger projects like roofing or siding may take one to several weeks depending on size and weather conditions. Our local base in Cumberland, RI, helps us respond efficiently to jobs around town.
What does Eagle Exteriors do with debris and cleanup after a project like gutter cleaning or painting?
We clean up all debris, waste materials, and tools from your property at the end of each day and upon job completion. This includes hauling away old roofing shingles, siding scraps, or gutter buildup to leave your home and yard spotless. Homeowners appreciate returning to a tidy space, just as noted in our roof and deck reviews.
Why is hiring you for repairs like drywall patches or minor painting safer than doing it yourself?
Our professional approach uses proper tools, safety gear, and techniques to avoid risks like ladder falls or electrical hazards common in DIY exterior work. We identify underlying issues, such as water damage behind drywall, that homeowners might miss, preventing bigger problems later. This ensures lasting results without the physical strain or potential for costly mistakes on your property.
