9 years agoSTRAIGHT "F's" ACROSS THE BOARD -- DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! The owner came for a walk-through, taking notes, etc. We scheduled a date and time for the first cleaning and he was adamant about me calling the BBB to tell them how great his company is. He also wanted me to write a review on Angie's List saying the same. They hadn't even cleaned yet! I told him I would be happy to do that after I see what kind of work they do. They came here the first time - a crew of four, including a "supervisor." It seemed like they were in a race throughout the house and I didn't know who was where. Next thing I heard was a loud crash in my upstairs bathroom. Everyone converged at one time to the scene and my medicine cabinet, which had been on the wall, was now lying upside down on my floor, contents spewed everywhere, the cabinet cracked in several place and the sinker and screw from one side was still attached to the cabinet!; leaving a big hole in my wall. I don't know how he did it, but when I asked for an explanation, I could tell he was lying. The supervisor went to get his camera, took photos and called the owner, Louis Perez. Perez said it would be taken care of. I should buy a new one and send him the invoice. He now claims he never got the invoice (of course). I told him the total amount of $105.59 and said he could send me a check or the next time his crew came (which was scheduled) we could take it out in trade and I wouldn't pay the $100 they charge. He said okay to that. Later in that conversation Louis said "can you go 50/50 on it? I told him no - "your people broke it and there was nothing wrong with it and it was anchored into the wall very well." I still can't figure out how the guy did it. He then said okay again to the trade thing. The next scheduled cleaning date? They never showed up nor called. I called Perez and went straight to his voicemail. I called several more times and same thing. Plus, they never even cleaned my kitchen floor and didn't have a clue what they were all supposed to do. Perez owes me $105.59 and he isn't going to pay it. As far as I am concerned this "company" is a bunch of deadbeats, with the leader of the pack being the worst. -
