FAQ

How does Clean Care of New England determine pricing for water damage restoration?

We assess the extent of water damage, including affected areas like walls, ceilings, attics, and floors, to provide a custom quote based on extraction, drying, and any necessary structural repairs. Factors such as the source of water, like floods or leaks, and additional services like mold prevention influence the final cost. Homeowners receive a detailed breakdown upfront to understand each step.

Are you licensed and insured for water damage and fire restoration work?

Clean Care of New England is a BBB Accredited Business, ensuring we meet standards for water damage restoration, fire damage cleanup, and related services. Our operations cover soot removal, mold remediation, and structural drying, all handled by experienced crews. This accreditation confirms our commitment to professional standards in Rhode Island.

Does Clean Care of New England handle structural drying and mold prevention after water damage?

We remove damaged sections of walls and use specialized equipment like air movers, dehumidifiers, and drying mats to thoroughly dry attics, walls, ceilings, and floors. This process prevents mold growth by extracting moisture completely from structural elements. Our approach includes setting up large drying ducts from our trailer directly into homes or buildings for efficient recovery.

What is your typical timeline and arrival window for emergency water damage calls?

We respond around the clock with 24-hour availability every day, arriving swiftly to limit further damage from floods, leaks, or backups. Multiple crew members, often three or more, come equipped for immediate extraction and drying setup, as seen in our rapid response to fire incidents shortly after emergency services. Expect us to start the drying process on-site within hours of your call, with full recovery timelines depending on damage scope.

How does Clean Care of New England handle cleanup and leave the property after service?

We clean affected items like house rugs, clothing, and walls of soot, while using air purifiers to restore air quality during the process. All waste from removed materials and extracted water is properly managed and disposed of, leaving your home or business ready for any follow-up repairs. Our crews ensure the site is organized, with drying equipment removed once moisture levels are safe.

Why is your professional water damage restoration safer than attempting DIY drying?

Professional methods use industrial air movers, dehumidifiers, and large drying ducts to extract hidden moisture from hard-to-reach areas like attics and wall cavities, which DIY fans or towels cannot achieve. This prevents mold growth and structural weakening that often worsens without proper monitoring. Our experienced teams identify and address all affected zones comprehensively, avoiding health risks from incomplete drying.
