1 year agoThey take on a project and complete it as if it was in their own home Removed my current ductwork and completely installed a better , more efficient air flow system. Took 1 day, tested all vents , coils , thermostat and outside unit before they left. They even suggested, NOT to install an additional air vent and told me the reasons. The management team, Bill, Allison and Jimmy are great people as well as professional and technical. The field staff are all accommodating, friendly, knowledgeable. I have met many of them in the years I have used Ocean State....Will, Russell, Nevada and the 2 Greg's. Highly recommend. -

1 year agoGreat company and honest. Ocean state rocks!!!! Great prices. This place needs to advertise on the TV. All these other places want $300 just to walk in your door. My furnace went down a few years back. I called around. Was blown off 3 times by 1 guy. 2nd place said wait 4 days. I have no heat in the middle of winter. Ocean state came asap. And "Will" came back on Saturday to put new computer board for furance. I will never forget ocean state was there for me in my darkest hour.
