After gathering more than ten quotes, this was the company that stood out immediately. Shane's communication was clear and consistent, the team showed up exactly when they said they would, and their pricing was competitive without sacrificing quality. The installation was done with real care. Our home is over a century old, and the team found creative ways to place the indoor units so the mini splits fit the aesthetic of our home. Even the outdoor unit looks like it belongs here. The Quilt system has been fantastic from day one. Our three-thousand-square-foot house stays warm without any backup heat, and the app has become one of our favorite features. 3 months agoComfort Systems and Solutions should be your go-to HVAC specialist!! I can't say enough about how satisfied we were with our experience. We were looking for someone to install a mini split in our basement on a short timeline, and also were having issues with our kitchen being much colder than the rest of our house. First off, the mini split installation was perfect - easy to schedule, clear itemized invoice, extremely professional, and most of all - works perfectly. But where Shane went above and beyond was the issue with our kitchen ducts. After two other HVAC people telling us we needed to either rip apart the walls or install different equipment, Shane took the extra 15 minutes during our consultation to actually trace the ducts and immediately fix a manually closed duct. The problem was immediately solved. In an era where it's very difficult to know whether someone will treat your home like it's their own, Shane did just that. Can't recommend enough. -
