Dan showed up within an hour of calling and installed a new tank. Friendly, prompt, and quick. This is the second emergency call I have had, The last time, dan replaced a thermocouple in my boiler unit within 20 minutes of my calling (he was nearby). He was friendly, and kind even though my call interrupted a breakfast with friends at a restaurant. -
