1 month agoTwo weeks ago one of our dogs was sprayed by a skunk. In the excitement she managed to slip back in the house and roll around on the carpet. On a referral from our carpet cleaner we reached out and were connected with Jannene Miller, Director of Client Relations, she sprang into action. She told us to get all the windows opened and run our house exhaust fan, she then checked with her techs, and came back with the offer to use one of their Hydroexcelators for the weekend. This machine was a life saver. It sucks in the air and then cleans it through black lights and send the fresh air out the back. We ran the machine all weekend and it cleared the smell right out. Jannene was amazing as she took the time to make sure that this was the right product to use, then checked in with us twice over the weekend to make sure that it was working. Matt was the overseer of everything and I can't say enough about his concern, his work ethic, helping with things he didn't really need to help with, I could go on and on.
