4 months agoWe had them come in to clean the carpet and they left one spot that did not get cleaned. I have called and talked to the manager and was promised they would come back out to clean it, that was 7 weeks ago and when i have called over 3 times now all of a sudden, they have no record of me, nor will the receptionist put me in touch with the manager, she always says he is not in today. Then we were charged an extra fee for hose length because he went around the house with the hose instead of coming through the basement and when we told him that he ignored us. -

6 months ago5 Stars all around! Had an appointment time for an 8-9am arrival. Tech called ahead of time to let me know he was on the way and arrived promptly at 8am. First time having the carpets cleaned professionally in 10 years and with two pets it was time. Carpets look great and house smells amazing! Extra big shout out to Dan who came out to perform the service. Super nice guy, loved on my pets, was very careful and courteous the whole time. One of the best services I've ever had because of him. Took great pride in his work. Thanks Dan, it was a pleasure to meet you and I will 100% be a repeat customer and recommend you to all my friends!
