They scheduled a service call and were able to come out within 2 business days to look at my HVAC. The tech who showed up, Connor, was very kind and knowledgeable. The pricing seems fair and the service excellent. I will be making this my preferred HVAC company for life. Thank you JK team. -

1 month agoCalled to have generator replaced, sales tech didn't advise that I would be required to have a new electrical panel installed to meet requirements of generator replacement. Site manager said required to have new generator put in to meet code. New quote added $5,000 to original price. Not impressed, but they were able to negotiate a new price and said they would do for 1,500. The techs that installed the equipment were very friendly, trustworthy, knowledgeable. They are what made this experience more pleasant. -

1 month agoI had Chris from JK Mechanical come out yesterday to service my cascaded Navien tankless water heaters. I've been dealing with ongoing issues for the past few years since they were installed, and finally decided to call JK Mechanical after seeing their trucks around for years and knowing they have a solid reputation. Chris was extremely professional and knowledgeable, and he pointed out something no one had ever mentioned before - that the lack of a battery backup during frequent power interruptions has likely been a contributor to my ongoing problems. That insight alone was a game-changer for me. I've also been looking for a dependable company to handle all of my plumbing needs - not just my water heaters - and I was happy to learn they also offer electrical and HVAC services. I'm very impressed and would highly recommend them.
