3 months agoMy furnace quit on one of the coldest nights in 20 years here and Superbowl Sunday to boot. But Amad and Viktor were there in about 2 1/2 hours, saving my life! In the end my old furnace was not worth fixing, but they came the very next day to install a new one. They were very professional and amazingly on time both days. -

3 months agoAmazing! My heater broke down on the coldest day of the year(9 degrees). Hvac philly was out within a couple hours to diagnose my issue. They showed up on time, explained the problem (Rest in peace 19year old heater) and walked me through my options. I chose to replace the heater the next day and Victor and Ahmed were phenomenal. Very quick install, they walked me through the unit, cleaned up the area afterwards and were just so incredibly kind throughout the whole experience. They totally saved me and the house from turning into an ice cube, but their customer service was the most outstanding part. I highly recommend HVAC Philly! -
