1 year agoOver a year ago they tried to sell my elderly parents a new unit. They declined and serviced the old unit without issues. This winter it quit. They said it needed a valve at 1300$. We called them a week later. They stated the part was back ordered, but they found one in their basement. They stated they couldn't replace it now because our driveway was icy. Three weeks later, no phone call. In the mean time, a quality HVAC company replaced the part. -

1 year agoI would not recommend this company. I had 18k worth of mini split units installed less than 4 years ago. This past winter my outdoor unit froze solid. Came out told me nothing was wrong charged me on the spot. 2 weeks later same exact thing happened came out again said maybe there's a leak and he would fix it. Charged again. Less than 6 months later in July came home to a puddle across my living room floor. Called again came out told me a leak... none of these apparently had anything to do with one another. Said they would fix it, units were under warranty. Guy came to fix it and when he came he didn't have any of the correct parts and thought he was coming for an issue that I had never experienced. Had to reschedule and come out a totally different day.Today 4 months later got a bill for $1250, when I called and asked for what I was told "we have well over 17 hours into my repair part of which was their fault that I wasn't charged for. Then I was told it was a flat rate for service." Different story every time you talk to someone. Tons of money down the drain. Would not recommend. -
