The biggest thing for us was that they worked with our insurance company for almost a year to help get the roof covered - they never gave up, stayed on top of everything, and connected us with the right people and resources along the way. Once everything was approved, they completed the whole roof in just one day and did an excellent job. They're incredibly responsive, professional, and truly go above and beyond for their customers.
