1 month agoI hired MyGuys in 2024 for a major covered deck replacement which included roofing. The work is still not complete as of March 2025. This has been a dreadful experience. It started out great - Armando seems very trustworthy and although communication has been poor throughout the project, once work started I was confident in their structural and framing work. However it became clear they lacked experience with the decking. Multiple installation errors have left me with a mess, and Armando is refusing to honor the warranty, forcing me to engage with an attorney and solicit multiple independent inspections (all of which have confirmed my position). I still have the roofing portion of the project unfinished and am getting no response from Armando to schedule the work despite him already having my money. I do not recommend doing business with this company!!! -

They explained the process clearly, answered our questions, and made sure everything was done correctly. The job site was kept clean, and the final result looks great. 2 months agoI have been a homeowner for decades having more repairs and remodeling events than I probably remember. I recently had the entire interior house painted. There are not enough superlatives I can ascribe to the degree of perfect workmanship. The workers are true artisans. I saw them do and redo till things were perfect. Perfect describes this whole organization. Everybody did everything well beyond my expections. True professionals who took pride in the task at hand. They took great care of the home and were exceeding efficient. I am sure at times me or the dog was an inconvenience but always polite and gracious. I hope to use their services for future projects. -
