3 years agoSent a tech out to service my neighbors unit. The tech ended up doing unauthorized work on my unit, mixing refrigerants, and totaling my outside unit. Luis was kind enough to say he would take care of this. A month later of not answering calls or texts... he finally tells me to "get a lawyer and sue him" this buisness is a scam buisness with unlicensed techs. DO NOT trust Luis Martinez (Major hvac) (pictured his tech on my unit when I never even heard of their company before, let alone authorized the work)
