10 years agoI had a flood in my basement. I called these guys out to come fix the problem. They did great service and for a fair price. I never had the problem again and I am pretty much happy. They showed me what was the problem and they showed me what might have caused it. I must say these guys were great service men. -

FAQ
How does Water Damage Squad determine pricing for water damage restoration?
We assess the extent of the water damage, including the affected area size and water category, to provide a detailed estimate. Factors like extraction needs, drying time with air movers and dehumidifiers, and any mold prevention also influence the cost. Homeowners receive a clear breakdown upfront to understand the value based on the scope of work required.
Are you licensed and insured for water damage services?
Water Damage Squad carries full licensing and insurance to handle water damage restoration for residential and commercial properties in Philadelphia. Our coverage protects both your property and our team during emergency response and restoration work. This ensures all jobs meet local standards and safeguards against any unexpected issues.
Does Water Damage Squad handle basement flooding and mold remediation?
We specialize in emergency water removal from flooded basements using powerful extraction equipment on wet carpets and floors. Our process includes setting up air movers and dehumidifiers to thoroughly dry the space and prevent mold growth. For any detected mold, we provide remediation to safely restore the area.
What is your typical response time and arrival window for emergencies?
We respond around the clock from our West Berks Street location in Philadelphia, arriving quickly to start water extraction and drying. Expect our team on-site fast after your call, as speed minimizes further damage from floods or leaks. We coordinate a precise window to fit your situation without delays.
How does Water Damage Squad handle cleanup and waste after water removal?
We remove all extracted water, debris, and contaminated materials from the property during restoration. Our team cleans and sanitizes affected surfaces to eliminate odors and hazards before leaving. The space is left dry, safe, and ready for normal use with no lingering mess.
Why is your professional water damage restoration better than DIY methods?
Our specialized equipment like industrial pumps, air movers, and dehumidifiers reaches moisture in walls and floors that household tools cannot. We follow a structured process of extraction, drying, cleaning, and mold prevention to avoid structural damage and health risks from hidden water. DIY efforts often miss these steps, leading to recurring issues or worsened problems over time.
