Josh came out past midnight to repair a broken tire valve stem when multiple other "24-hour" companies didn't even answer their phones. It was freezing--6 degrees outside--and he still showed up quickly, ready to help. Josh was kind, professional, and completely honest, which meant a lot in a stressful situation. His fee was also very reasonable, especially given the late hour and emergency circumstances. We truly can't thank him enough. If you need tire or roadside repairs, Easy to Plug is the one to call. 9 months agoA rear tire on my 2022 Prius went flat over night. Josh arrived about an hour after we spoke on the phone. He quickly found the metal shard causing the leak and plugged the leak. He said the tire is now good does not need to be replaced. Do be aware that he doesn't accept credit cards. I paid cash, but he also accepts Venmo and Apple Pay. -

3 years agoI was visiting Philly for the weekend and ran over a nail! Why is there so many nails in Philly??? Anywho, this huge nail put a damper in my plans. I decided to look for 24hr roadside assistance in the area and stumbled upon Easy to Plug Roadside. I called the number and got an answer right away. I explained the situation to Josh and gave him my location. I sent him a picture of the n-ail and he gave me a reasonable price with estimated wait time. I will say the wait was a little longer than expected but it was also late at night and he did tell me that he had one customer ahead of me. When he arrived, he plugged the hole right away while we waited in the car. He checked the air pressure and recommended that I replace the tire. He was very professional, communicative, and experienced. He arrived in his vehicle, which had a yellow flashing lights similar to an emergency vehicle, and he completed the job fairly quick. I paid in cash and took a few pictures of his business card. He helped my family tremendously during our short, out-of-state vacation. Highly recommend for all roadside assistance (I.e. jumpstart, tire delivery and installation, tire plug, locked keys in car, stalling etc). Edited: the plugged tire lasted between Philly and Baltimore for 7 days since I didn't get to the tire shop until a week later. Highly recommend. Thanks Josh!
