1 year agoSean & Matt recently removed my aging oil boiler and reconfigured my dual-fuel heat pump system to go all-electric, including installing a heat kit and electric hot water heater. Their work was impeccable and they charged a fair rate for the service. The job went perfectly smoothly with no unexpected hiccups. As a homeowner, I highly recommend using a small shop like Grozier. Plan your projects ahead so they'll have time to get parts or units - the bigger companies _might_ have stuff on hand, but you'll pay at least twice as much to fund all their administrative overhead, and who knows what kind of quality you'll get. Grozier and similar shops will be fairly priced and consistent. On my job, Sean and Matt went above and beyond by even hooking me up with someone who could remove the oil tank, which was still like 3/4 full. They also gave me some advice on how to acclimate my home to the thermal changes caused by the loss of ambient heat from the boiler. These are things they certainly didn't need to do, didn't charge extra, and demonstrate their thoughtfulness for their clients. That's why I'll be using them next time I'm doing HVAC improvements. Thanks guys! -

1 year agoSean installed our new furnace today and he did such a great job that actually am putting up a review (which I never do). It took a bit for the new furnace to come in but he maintained great. Communication with us and when it did come it, he came immediately and installed it. We will definitely use him again. Really honest guy who does great work, you don't find much of that these days. -

3 years agoGrozier handled everything from permitting to installing my new furnace,AC and tankless water heater. Each phase was completed in one day so we never went without heat or hot water for more than 6-8 hours. Installed quality York and Rinnai equipment at a very competitive price. The Grozier's are also Veterans so supporting those who served and protect us is an honor.

FAQ
How does Grozier Heating and Air Conditioning, LLC determine pricing for HVAC installations?
We provide custom written estimates that break down all costs, including equipment models, labor, permitting, materials, and any additional services. Our estimates are transparent and itemized so you understand exactly what you're paying for before work begins. We can discuss your budget and project scope during an initial consultation to ensure the estimate reflects your specific needs.
Are you licensed, bonded, and insured?
Grozier Heating and Air Conditioning, LLC maintains full licensing, bonding, and insurance coverage to protect you and your home. This includes workers' compensation and general liability insurance, which safeguards you from liability in case of accidents or property damage during installation. We also ensure compliance with all local permitting requirements and inspections.
Does Grozier Heating and Air Conditioning, LLC handle heat pump installations and boiler replacements?
We specialize in full HVAC upgrades, including converting oil boilers to all-electric heat pump systems, installing furnaces, AC units, and heat kits. Our team also handles tankless water heater installations and thermostat upgrades as part of comprehensive home comfort solutions. Whether you need a complete system replacement or component upgrades, we have the expertise to manage the entire project.
How long does an HVAC installation typically take, and will I be without heat or AC?
You can expect most jobs to be completed in a single day, from permitting through final testing and startup. Our team coordinates the work to minimize disruption to your home, ensuring you maintain comfort throughout the process. In cases where multiple systems are involved, we schedule installations strategically so you're never without heat or hot water for extended periods.
What happens to debris and waste after Grozier Heating and Air Conditioning, LLC completes the installation?
We handle cleanup as part of our standard installation process, removing all debris and waste materials from your home. Our team protects your floors and furnishings during work and leaves your space clean and ready to use. Proper disposal of old equipment and materials is included in our service.
Why should I hire a professional instead of attempting HVAC work myself?
HVAC systems require specialized knowledge, tools, and certifications to install safely and correctly. Improper installation can reduce efficiency, shorten equipment lifespan, and void manufacturer warranties. We follow industry best practices including proper refrigerant charge verification, line set sizing, ductwork inspection, and system commissioning to ensure your system performs optimally and safely for years to come.
