4 months agoWe had a flood in our partially finished basement - we dried it out but the carpet looked terrible. Thomas carpet cleaners came out the week later and made our carpet look like new again. We had thought we'd almost certainly have to replace it. I wish I had taken a before/after photo. Really great service, including the team I spoke to over the phone and the technician who did the work. Highly recommended. -
