1 month agoEmailed Havenwoods for quote heard nothing back for a couple days called them and the gentleman that answered the phone didn't want my 400sf and stairs with some also requested custom work charging me 150 bucks for a quote. ASBOLUTELY BAD BUSINESS. I was referred by friends that he does great work but I have been in sales for 25 plus years and have never heard of having to pay for a quote. I was already paid by my insurance company so telling me I had to get three quotes was also false. I will gladly take my hard earned money elsewhere. -

Haven Hardwoods completely transformed the space by removing heavily dog-stained carpet and replacing it with stunning 5" white oak flooring finished in a beautiful natural tone. The difference is night and day. Andrew was fantastic to work with-knowledgeable, creative, and genuinely invested in the final result. I gave him room to be creative and was open to his suggestions, and that trust truly paid off. His idea to include a two-plank border was a game changer and adds such an elegant, custom touch to the floors. The craftsmanship is top-notch, the attention to detail is evident, and the finished product exceeded our expectations.
