5 months agoI really hate to give a negative review for a business, but I feel like this is necessary no to save somebody else that absolute nightmare that we've been going through. We had Kane heating and air install a woodstove in my house and within a week we had water leaking through my ceiling where he installed the chimney pipe. He eventually came back and slapped some more tar on my roof , which did nothing. He did this 3 times within about two months. He put tar on my rubber roof, and with a quick Google search, I was able to find out that when Tar makes contact with a rubber roof, it causes it to swell blister and fall apart. So a couple of weeks ago, 8 months after the installation, it was pouring rain and My ceiling was leaking water into my living room..again. I figured I'd give Jason another chance to make this right but he ignored my calls and texts for almost 2 weeks. We had no other choice but to pay a roofer to fix his horrendous work. Do not trust this guy with the most important investment of your life, your home. The pictures I post will show how horrible his work is, and the fact that he refused to text or call us back, even though we had water pouring into our living room, shows that he has horrible business ethics. I'll post pictures of Kane Heating and Air's work and next to it, I will post what it looks like after the professionals came and fixed his disaster. The last picture is an interior perspective of when my ceiling was leaking. -

The parts were ordered and project was done within four days. I have already recommended him for other jobs and he's been immediately responsive, Reliable, affordable, and respectful. A pleasure to work with.
