7 months agoI had found Bob Thomas pest control thru Google. After reading lots of positive reviews I decided to give them a call. I had spoken with Bob himself over the phone who was very polite and explained the situation I had going on. [Which happened to be thousands of yellow jackets getting into my attic.] His son Jason was dispatched to me on a date and time we both agreed on. Jason was very knowledgeable and took the time to address the point of entry to the house, find the nest that happened to be in the tightest part of my attic against the outside edge of the roof. There was also a nest on my back porch that he made light work of. Small businesses are my go to, not only because of price but personal service. Their service came with a personal guarantee. If you have a bug or pest problem I highly recommend giving Bob and his son Jason a call. -

8 months agoThis our second go with underground yellow jackets and having to call in the professionals. Bob is our first choice and will continue to be. His team showed up and found the entry points (a very tight squeeze between concrete patio and indoor fireplace bump out) that we could only blindly spray. The yellow jackets were evicted in about 30 minutes and haven't been back since. Bob and his team are responsive and quick to fit you on their schedule. They're a local business and with veteran ties (thank you for your service). We would recommend for your needs. Now, if you'll excuse us, we are off to enjoy a yellow jacket free patio. -

8 months agoCame out sprayed said if ants came back call I'll come back called said he would come sat. Or Sunday stayed home both days never showed or called text him Sunday nite said he would come Tues stayed home all day never showed or call -

10 months agoCalled on May 30 at 9:02 am, spoke with Bob who said he could come out that evening so long as it didn't rain. Asked if he could call me back because he was finishing up at a house. I said sure, well no call back and it started raining so no biggie. Monday comes and I still haven't heard anything. I call again, no answer and voicemail is full. I send him a text, no response. I call again Tuesday, no answer, but I got a call back in the afternoon. He takes my name, number and address, says he'll be able to come out this afternoon or evening. I had to work but my significant other would be home. No call, now show. Nothing from him Wednesday either. Went with someone else, granted it's more money but at least they showed up.
