It was an experience with its fair share of bumps but in the end we have a beautiful home and we are very happy with the final product. 2 years agoThey literally never answer the phone and the mailbox is full so you can't leave a message. Plus a thousand other problems with the neighborhoods that they manage. -

3 years agoI'm please with my house built in 2021 and enjoying it. LHB offered reasonable price and agreed to make some changes from the floor plan that made me really happy. After one year there are some minor things needed to fix (it happens to all new construction). It was easy to communicate with them, they came and fixed. Doors, windows, carpets, cabinets, painting... are so far so good. Thank you Dean, Mark, Joe and their team for building my house. I will recommend LHB to my family and friends. -
