2 months agoWe have used RSC for a number of years. In 2018 they installed a new A/C system for us. Today we unfortunately needed a new furnace. But they were very accommodating to adjust their schedule to fit in our installation (no heat in February is not fun), professional with the installation and their prices are reasonable. They aren't the lowest price, but you get what you pay for in my opinion. We like the Carrier products they carry and they have financing options. Steve, Greg and Matthew worked together to make this unexpected need as easy as possible. -

5 months agoWe called RSC when our furnace gave out on a chilly morning. They got someone out the same day and helped us to replace the furnace soon after. Steve, Danielle, Greg, and Matthew were all so kind and helpful in answering our questions and getting us on their schedule. Although we were bummed about replacing our furnace, they made it a very pleasant experience. We look forward to seeing them every six months for furnace/AC maintenance!
