5 months agoMiscommunication between their desk to their crew, sent wrong people to visit. Changed the HVAC filter size without permission. Overpriced plumber service and easily got offended because the rejection of price and non satisfying quality work. Don't hire them. -

10 months agoTook a month to get an appointment to install. Then, with less than 24-hours' notice in the middle of a heat wave, they delayed an additional week over inaccurate measurements and staff miscommunication. Almost 10 days after work was completed and invoice paid-in-full, they contacted me saying they made a mistake and require an additional 20% of the original invoice. I recommend hiring someone who can do things right the first time. -

1 year agoI have used Gochnauer for my heating and cooling for a # of years and I have consistently found them to be very professional and trustworthy. This weekend I had the need for emergency service as the furnace failed overnight and the inside temp was 59 degrees. Mark called me from the emergency service line within 20 minutes of my call. Additionally, he walked me through a few steps over the phone that enabled me to successfully reset the system avoiding the delay and cost of an emergency service call. Inside temp now going back up! Thank you. -

1 year agoHad EH Gochnauer & Sons replace all the pipes and the hot water heater in my home. They did all that in one day. The 2 workers were pleasant, efficient and the work was done right. The entire project was very affordable. We had expected to pay at least twice what we did. Very happy with EH Gochnauer. Will use them for all our plumbing needs. -

1 year agoI do not recommend this company. Especially one of there service technician. (J)Very, very rude to the point he is no longer allowed on my property. And had enough balls to charge for the visit, and didnt do anything. There to expensive, not impressed with there work. They were to call me before arrival today, I DID NOT get a phone call and my phone number has been verified with the tech that I made leave today on the previous visit. If your looking for a company to throw your money away on, these guys are the ones for you.
