I have been a customer of Dominion for many years and they have done a fantastic job of keeping unwanted critters away from my home. Scheduled visits for the year are performed every quarter. I have contacted them on several occasions, between quarterly visits, for additional issues and they have always responded in a very timely manner. Just renewed my contract for another year, very pleased with the services received. -

Concerns about pests getting into the house when we are not there can create a lot of anxiety and we wanted a reliable pest control company to deal with any problems that arose and to help prevent problems from occurring. We chose Dominion last year and they have been outstanding. Dominion's office staff are always helpful and friendly. Their service technicians are prompt, courteous, and professional. Most importantly, the techs are not only thorough in their inspections and work, they explain to me the work they have performed. In addition, I once asked for a follow-up visit and a service tech was there 2 days later. No hassle. Their Premium Service (4 inspections/year) is well worth the money There are still issues that concern me when I am away from my home, but pest control is NOT one of them. Dominion has been aces. -

2 months agoWe've been Dominion residential customers for a number of years for exterior preventive pest control and as-needed service calls. The exterminators are friendly and knowledgeable, and customer service staff is fantastic and easy to work with over the phone. Would certainly recommend! -

2 months agoWe have been with Dominion for well over 10 years. We were introduced to them when our landlord used them for an issue with thousand leggers. They were extremely thorough in reviewing the property and getting and handle on what the exact problem was and how they were going to tackle it. They did such an amazing job that when we built our home and had issues with ants, it was a no brainer on who to call. We live next to a farm and Dominion does an amazing job at keeping the pests down. We currently have them come out every quarter. The entire staff at Dominion has always been very knowledgeable, friendly and polite. We have always felt respected and treated like family. Whenever someone mentions that they need pest services, I recommend Dominion.
