8 months agoBest experience with Dan, Suntorn and Robert! It took several tries to get the flooring in my home, but circumstances came inbetween, but we finally made it! Dan is extremely patient! Took me months to pick the right flooring to use and color. Dan is 100 percent honest and recommended laminate flooring that has had no issues now for 8 months and going. LOVE the flooring! Exceptional craftsmanship! Suntorn and Robert are hard working, meticulous, and care about laying the flooring right. The customer is first with them. (Don't see that anymore.) They just finished the last room and I left my home while they worked, thats how much I trusted and felt comfortable with them! Best in Harrisburg! Best in area! -

9 months agoDan and his crew are the rare tradesmen who take pride in a job well done. They did an exceptional job on our hardwood install that included some tricky custom boarders to match 30-year old existing floors. They stayed till it was perfect. Can't recommend them enough. -

1 year agoI would definitely recommend Susquehanna Flooring Co. We had a curved staircase, consisting of two separate levels along with the upstairs hallway and dining room (all carpeted) changed over to hardwood floors. Many other contractors declined the job stating it was too difficult. Dan and his team had no difficulty tackling the project. The results were excellent! Attention to detail, timely and clean work, they even took care of numerous squeaky spots in the floors. Very easy to work with, cost was reasonable and did not go over budget. I would use them again for any and all of our flooring needs. Very happy customer! -

1 year agoThis review is long over due. Susquehanna Flooring Company has been making my homes and rentals more valuable for over 12 years. Their work is exquisite. They are detailed, and knowledgeable, no matter what type of flooring vision you hold. They are respectful, understanding and efficient. They go above and beyond for their clients. I know, everyone says that about companies they like. However, the staff at SFC not only helped me out with plumbing issues when I needed it the most, they also came to my rescue when a (not so great) painting contractor was careless. While out of town, to provide the painter a space to paint without 4 children. He caused damage to the brand new beautiful hardwood floors. Being out of town, not knowing the extent, I called SFC. Dan went out to access the damage and gave me instructions on how to repair the mess. Giving me peace of mind to enjoy my family time! There is a reason I have never trusted anyone else. Hardwood, carpet, tile... they helped me achieve each flooring need for multiple properties. Even when I wanted heated floors with glitter grout. They made it happen! Good guys, good business, great results! -

They worked with us on our 'old House' project through the ups and downs and the difficulties of designing and installing a very intricate dormer window full bathroom on the third floor. We couldn't be happier with the results and cannot recommend these guys enough! Thanks again!
