5 months agoI initially had LHB out to my late father's home to give me an estimate to clean the carpets which were in bad shape. Lance was professional and understanding of the situation. He was sensitive when discussing the state of the carpets and gave me a very honest and fair estimate. I was so happy with our interaction that I scheduled an estimate for my own home. He came and did a thorough exam of our carpets (we have a dog and cats who sometimes have accidents). He took our large rug to be cleaned and did our two rooms and stairs. The estimate and cleaning took place the same week. As soon as I came home from work the day of the cleaning I could smell the difference. Every interaction with Lance has been positive and the team did a fantastic job! I highly recommend them! -
