3 months agoI initially had LHB out to my late father's home to give me an estimate to clean the carpets which were in bad shape. Lance was professional and understanding of the situation. He was sensitive when discussing the state of the carpets and gave me a very honest and fair estimate. I was so happy with our interaction that I scheduled an estimate for my own home. He came and did a thorough exam of our carpets (we have a dog and cats who sometimes have accidents). He took our large rug to be cleaned and did our two rooms and stairs. The estimate and cleaning took place the same week. As soon as I came home from work the day of the cleaning I could smell the difference. Every interaction with Lance has been positive and the team did a fantastic job! I highly recommend them! -

4 months agolance was amazing he did a terrific job on the carpets in 2 of our bedrooms and our living room , we were hesitant on picking somebody because the company we did use (hammond) the owner sold the buisness and we didn't know who we could find that would do as good of a job as them and lance stepped up to the plate and did a home run of a job , we already suggested him to other family members and not only is he great at doing carpets he's a great human being and down to earth we had a great conversation as he worked on our carpets -
