1 month agoDrain in the upstairs bathroom seal wore out and water came through my kitchen ceiling. Mickey was so nice and quick to respond and help me. Chad did a wonderful job and can't even tell anything ever happened. Honestly can't thank them enough! Also helps that they are very reasonably priced and made the process less stressful. -

4 months agoHouse was almost destroyed (fire) and all hope was lost. That was until Mickey and his team came and rescued my home! Very professional! Always on time and schedule!! Highly recommended! 9 months agoI don't typically write reviews, but this service deserved a good review. Mickey frim Aaclaim Restorations responded to my post on Facebook looking for somebody to do mold remediation in a basement in a house that we were buying. Unfortunately, on my way to the house. I had some car issues that caused Mickey to have to wait a little while. I'm very thankful that he was willing to wait and while he was waiting, he did look around outside the house. When I got to the house, he walked me through everything he saw outside and then we went inside. He was very knowledgeable in everything he was talking about and answered all of my questions and more. If we needed to look behind a wall or anything, he always asked permission before tearing anything down, inspecting anything that might break, etc.. I appreciated the fact that he treated me like he would his own child and said what he would do if he was in this situation with one of his kids. The fact that he knew he was going to lose money because it wouldn't be a job to work on just shows how good his character was. He could've told me lies to get money out of us, but he didn't. He was honest, truthful and knowledgeable. He genuinely wanted my husband and I not to start on a bad foot by buying this house, especially with us having two very small children. Going forward I am definitely recommending Mickey to anyone looking for his services. I attached some photos of the damage/issues that were found. -

Within a few days, after we spoke to our insurance company, Acclaim showed up to start the restoration process. They removed the carpet and set up the drying equipment right away. Mickey will monitor the progress and ensure everything is moving smoothly. We are at the start of the process but have complete confidence in his expertise and ability to handle this.
