3 years agoWe had a gigantic hornets nest appear seemingly overnight in our front yard. It was the size of a basketball. Charlie came out and sprayed it and left a handwritten note letting me know that the hornets will die out overnight and he was back the next day to remove the nest. He responded quickly and took care of our problem! Definitely recommend -

6 years agoAppeared to be very knowledgeable, extremely courteous, & said would come back if needed. Asked to come back to finish the job a few weeks later as promised. Claimed that they had no idea what to do, but explained to me exactly what needed to be done for me to get rid of the pests. How do you know that if you don't know what to do? Months later and the darn things are still in the house driving me nuts. Will never hire D&H again since, apparently, I could always take care of the issue myself... -
