1 month agoCaleb showed up up to look at the heating issues I was having with my ancient steam boiler. He was very professional didn't try to upsell me and was able to resolve all my issues very quick. The price was very reasonable and we now feel very comfortable getting through the rest of this winter and look forward to KO HVAC replacing this boiler in the spring. Can't thank them enough for the quick response time and quality service. -

1 month agoI was extremely happy with the service provided. I was given an appointment time with arrival between 10am and noon. At 9:45am I received a call to notify me the tech was on his way. He diagnosed the problem, gave me two options for repair as well some additional information regarding the age and state of my furnace. The repair went quickly and smoothly and the price was very reasonable which came as a great relief. The technicians were very friendly and professional. I definitely recommend KO to anyone needing mechanical work done. Thanks KO!
