I would highly recommend Zach.! He did an excellent job and is very professional. . I was a little surprised that the price was a little higher than expected, but that was not Zach's fault. He even put insulation on the pipes for me. No one has ever done that for me. Thank you, Zach! -

1 month agoWe had a chemical burning smell associated with our auxiliary heat (emergency heat to help heat pump keep up). This happened at night right before a big snowstorm of roughly 12" being forecasted and the first night in a week of temperatures forecast to range between 0 and low 20s deg F. Our technician, Levi, got here within an hour and 20 minutes of my 6am saturday emergency call to the main number, and our aux heat was fixed in about 2 hours, which included Levi going to get the required part after verifying the problem. We are so grateful to have our heat restored fully before the storm, and we felt the cost was very reasonable, especially for the immediate fix.
