2 months agoPrescott Roofing performed a much needed chimney restoration for me this winter. I truly appreciate them fitting me into their schedule so quickly in order to prevent further damage to my home this winter from my chimney being exposed to the elements. Jeff was my main contact person, and he was extremely helpful with any questions and concerns I had along the way. -

2 months agoI contracted with Prescott Masonry to perform some lintel upgrades above my windows and garage with the associated brickwork and caulking.as well various spot pointing of bricks. I also had some masonry repairs and a cap on the chimney. When looking for companies to handle it, I noticed that they have been around since 1906, so one assumes they aren't going to disappear. The process was nicely handled by Jeff, who arrived on time to explain and write up all work to be done and submit a timely quote and explained the work is backed by a warranty. I was contacted by Jeff when the work was to be performed since materials needed to be ordered for the project. When the work was ready to begin I met with Nate, who was in charge of the crew performing the work. I generally met with Nate each morning as he explained what would be done that day. If there were weather interruptions, since it was done in the winter, Nate would let me know for how long and when they would return. When all the work was completed, Nate and his crew cleaned up very nicely. I was contacted by Jeff the following day to make sure I was pleased with job as performed. Since I was not home the day that Nate completed the job, he came by a day later and showed me everything that was done and made sure that I was pleased with the work. I felt that the entire process was handled in a way that a customer should be treated, with respect. They stand by their work. I was quite pleased with Prescott. I would definitely recommend them. 2 months agoIt was great working with Prescott for our siding replacement project. Trevor was our main contact person, and it was a pleasure working with him! From the initial visit, Trevor was very detailed in examining our existing siding. After that first visit, he made time for us to ask him many questions. Trevor provided us with information regarding the pros and cons about the various siding replacement options. Thanks to Trevor, we felt that we were well equipped to make the final decision and choose the best product for our home. We strongly recommend working with Trevor! We eventually selected Hardie siding and are very pleased with this! Prescott's pricing was very reasonable compared to the other 7 companies we interviewed. Donnie was the project manager for the installation. He and his crew were fast and efficient! Donnie kept us in the loop regarding the project timeline, etc. He was available on the job site to answer questions, and he provided his contact information in the event that he wasn't on site. The new Hardie siding looks fantastic, and the house looks brand new! Prescott left the job site clean. Donnie was very thorough in the final walkthrough, addressing all of our questions and concerns, which we're very few. We strongly recommend selecting Prescott for all your siding, gutter, or roofing needs. Everyone we worked with was great, and the quality of work was excellent. Their pricing is also fair!
