4 weeks agoJON Construction did an outstanding job installing a modern shingle roof on my antique home in Bethlehem. Considering the house is very old with fragile materials and delicate historic details we wanted to preserve, it took some extra planning on their side but they pulled it off perfectly. From start to finish, the process was smooth and professional. Communication was excellent, Dave answered all my questions and scheduled my inspection that same week. The crew was efficient and completed a new roof with GAF Lifetime Shingles and vinyl siding in just 2 days. They even added a few vents along the bottom edges to improve our ventilation and the air feels much fresher. They also took care to avoid debris/damage to my lawn and patio throughout the project. They went above and beyond, the roof passed inspection easily, and the price was very fair. I highly recommend this company for any roofing and siding projects. -

1 year agoWe sincerely appreciate the work and professionalism of J.O.N. Construction! The project, a complete roofing & siding overhaul and new installation in Fairview, was completed in just 2 days. After they were done, you couldn't even tell that we had just torn off hundreds of shingles, screws, and nails - the yard & garden were completely clear. The first day included tearing off our old chimney, replacing all the underlying wood and shingles, and reinforcing our home with metal siding. The bill was surprisingly affordable too. Easy communication with the company & crew, they were always available to answer my questions. -

2 years agoOur experience with this roofing company has been fantastic! Frank and his team demonstrated they are true professionals that genuinely want to do a great job for you. We had our entire roof replaced on my grandparent's townhouse in Hanover, and the process only took 2 days which was perfectly reasonable for our size home and the weather conditions. They even added new gutters at no additional cost. After the project was completed, Dave came over personally to check in and sent us some aerial shots of our new roof. Overall extremely satisfied with the quality and pricing. -

2 years agoI am blown away by the quality of my roof installation. There are so many advantages to choosing a family owned local roof installer that has its act together. Firstly, 1) the entire team works efficiently together saving a lot of time throughout the scheduling and roof replacement process. 2) these smaller companies tend to rely on referrals from doing good quality work, so you know they won't cut corners. 3) they offered several complementary services for more work I needed on the skylights and an extension for the back roof. After signing the agreement it was easy to find a convenient time within the same week to begin our project. JON's crew is extremely hard working and they do an amazing job at clean up all while also ensuring no damage happens to the rest of the house. I received a quote for $11,200 for my detached single family home meanwhile LVR also wanted a similar amount. I put in a proposal request and Frank came back with an extremely fair priced offer. Hats off to JON Construction and I will be using their services for our business location. If you are in the market for a new roof replacement, I highly recommended getting a bid from these guys.
