2 months agoI have not personally used this company, but I can tell you that their technicians are friendly and kind. I was driving past a technician today and I was visibly frustrated and angry, and the man driving the vehicle took the time to roll down his window and ask if I was okay, I was technically but dealing with Health Insurance people, but that one small act of kindness changed the trajectory of my day. I will keep MBI in mind for any future needs I have! -

1 year agoI work in a commercial space that was renovated 4 years ago. We installed two brand new heat/ac units and contracted with mbi for maintenance. One unit worked fine but the other unit had problems shortly after installation. Frequently stopped working (heat) Mbi was unable to determine the underlying cause despite dozens of attempts. Sometimes the heat was down for weeks at a time. We are a medical facility and have patients who are sensitive to heat and cold temp variations. The techs seemed indifferent and not curious as to why this problem happened repeatedly. This went on for three winters and we finally gave up on them and contracted with a different company. They had the heat working the same day and so far it's stayed fixed. -

Right from start Jen was so professional and considerate, she promised to do her best to get someone out today and if not then first thing tomorrow and she came through, so very grateful thank you! The service tech Tiegan was awesome very professional and had us backup and running in no time! Thank you to all!! I definitely recommend them!!!
